We are having a small and intimate yet elegant reception at the Ritz-Carlton to go along with our simple wedding. Susan Allen is attending to all the Ritz details to make sure everything is exactly how we want it. All The Marbles will be there to make sure the entire event goes smoothly.

We will begin the reception in the Commonwealth room with latin music by the husband and wife duo Sol y Canto to make the bride feel more at home. After some mingling time, we plan to move to the Newbury Room for a sumptuous dinner prepared by the banquet chef.

After dinner, we will have a nice band play called Stepping Up, that offers a diverse set of melodies from big band/swing to jazz to contemporary pop. We plan to dance our first dance as husband and wife...then dance the night away.

Along with the traditional Mexican Wedding Cookies, we plan to have both a bride's cake and a groom's cake, a southern tradition.
